hi 89 ford xf Ute only runs on LPG. The fuel gauge is not working after someone hit the tailgate. How can this be fixed and do l need it done professionally? Next month due for safety check, service and rego.

Check the wiring that runs to the gas tank. If all plugs and wires seam ok then I would get a professional to check it out.
